  • Estimated delivery time within Canada: 3–7 business days

  • Orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, which may be located outside of Canada, including China

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs procedures, or peak periods. Bellemere Toronto cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

6. Liability

Bellemere Toronto is not liable for loss, damage, or delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing an order. Orders affected by incorrect or incomplete address information are not eligible for refunds.
