Responsibilities

  • Improve user experience through thoughtful, conversion-focused design

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual campaigns

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within an e-commerce environment

  • Strong skills in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools

As a Customer Support & Fashion Advisor at Bellemere Toronto, you will be responsible for assisting customers digitally and ensuring an excellent online shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via email and digital support channels

  • Provide personalized fashion and sizing advice to help customers make confident purchase decisions

  • Support customers with questions about orders, shipping, returns, and products

  • Ensure a friendly, professional, and brand-appropriate tone in all customer communication

  • Identify recurring customer questions and help improve internal processes

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

  • Interest in fashion, styling, and current trends

  • Ability to provide clear and helpful advice in writing

  • Experience in customer support or fashion retail is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries efficiently
