Return Policy

At Bellemere Toronto, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return an item. This policy explains our return and refund conditions clearly and transparently.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

  • Returns can only be requested after the item has been physically received

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and handling fees

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition

  • All original tags and labels must remain attached

  • Trying on an item is allowed, but wearing beyond fitting is not permitted

  • Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not eligible for return approval

Bellemere Toronto reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Process

Please follow the steps below to ensure your return is handled correctly:

  1. Submit your return request by emailing info@bellemeretoronto.ca  within 30 days of receiving your order

  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive the return address provided by our fulfillment partner

  3. Please note that return addresses may be located in China, depending on the product and fulfillment location

  4. Return shipments must be sent at the customer’s own expense, including any international shipping, customs, or handling fees

  5. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking, as Bellemere Toronto cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments

Returns sent without prior approval or to an incorrect address may not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received at the designated return address and inspected, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 14 days after approval

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been completed.


Liability & Responsibility

  • Bellemere Toronto is not responsible for lost packages when tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing an order

  • Orders affected by incorrect or incomplete address information are not eligible for refunds
