At Bellemere Toronto, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• Include all original tags and packaging
• Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  

How to Start a Return
Please contact us at info@bellemeretoronto.ca with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and further instructions.
All returns are handled through Canada Post to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
In those cases, we’ll replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
Your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method.
