Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to follow your shipment.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time within Canada is 3 to 7 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as high-demand periods, carrier delays, or customs clearance procedures. Bellemere Toronto cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Shipping Method & Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, which are located in China.

Because products are shipped internationally, customs inspections or import-related delays may occur. Any delays caused by customs or carriers are outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada.

There are no additional shipping charges applied at checkout.

Responsibility & Address Accuracy

  • Once tracking information confirms that an order has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer

  • Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing an order

  • Orders affected by incorrect or incomplete address details are not eligible for refunds
